Assist in monitoring daily production activities and schedules for LED lighting products, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Support quality control efforts, which includes inspecting components like LEDs, resistors, and capacitors, and conducting tests on soldered connections and final products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
Observe existing manufacturing techniques (such as through-hole and surface-mount soldering for LEDs on PCBs) and offer suggestions for improvement, collaborating with senior engineers to implement changes that reduce waste and increase efficiency.
