Job Description

Urgently required Production supervisor for led lights manufacturing company

Minimum 2 to 3 yrs of experience in led lighting industry is a must

Creating and managing production schedules to meet deadlines and production targets.
Organizing the flow of work on the production floor, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
Resource Allocation:Managing resources like materials, equipment, and manpower effectively.
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and standards
Tracking production output, efficiency, and quality, identifying areas for improvement and reporting to management.
Identifying opportunities to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
