Troubleshoot machine or process issues to avoid downtime. Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement when needed. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Track daily output, prepare production reports, and communicate with management. Train and supervise production staff for better productivity and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as Production Supervisor/Manager in printing & packaging.
