Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow STRUTT’s social media accounts – Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter. Create engaging content – Reels, stories, static posts, and more that align with brand aesthetics and voice. Work with the creative and product teams to plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and festive promotions . Use tools like Canva or similar software to design posts and stories. Respond to customer comments, DMs, and engage with the audience actively. Keep a consistent posting schedule and track performance of content. Stay updated with trends on Instagram, Pinterest, and content formats that are working. Requirements: 1+ year experience preferred in managing social media or content creation. Basic design skills – Canva, CapCut, or any mobile editing tools. Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter. Should be well-spoken , able to write good captions and respond professionally to queries. Strong work ethic – hard-working, reliable , and open to feedback.
