Job Description: Data Entry Executive Location: Vadodara Experience: Minimum 2 Years Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive with strong Excel knowledge to manage and update company data, records, and reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing accuracy, good analytical skills, and the ability to maintain data confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets. Prepare and manage Excel reports, MIS sheets, and daily data logs. Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Organize files, documents, and records for easy retrieval. Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks. Identify and correct errors in data entries as needed. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Filters, Formatting, Basic Formulas). Excellent typing speed with high accuracy. Good organizational and documentation skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and error-spotting ability. Additional certification in MS Office/Excel is a plus.
