Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily production operations to achieve planned targets and efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards in coating, calendaring, finishing, and packaging processes. Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to reduce downtime and resolve operational issues. Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and support cost-control initiatives. Maintain accurate records of production data, shift reports, and daily logs. Enforce workplace safety measures and ensure compliance with statutory & company norms. Key Skills & Requirements Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Paper Technology or relevant field. 4–7 years of experience in production operations, preferably in the paper or coating industry. Strong knowledge of paper manufacturing processes, coating technologies, and machine operations. Hands-on experience in manpower handling, production planning, and shift management. Good understanding of quality systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production reporting tools. Flexibility to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
