Position- Supervior

Department- Production

Location- Bahaduragrh

Salary- 25K-35K

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.
Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and material availability.
Implement and maintain 5S, lean manufacturing, and safety practices.
Troubleshoot issues related to machines, manpower, and production processes.
Maintain production reports and ensure adherence to schedules.
Train, guide, and motivate operators and workers for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and PPC teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical,Production Engineering.
1-5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in comsumer electronics.
Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, manpower handling, and process control.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and safety protocols.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
