Production Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality standards, and lead a team of operators and technicians to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily goals
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Collaborate with planning, maintenance, and quality departments

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
