Role Description

Production Merchandiser, located in Rai Industrial Area, Sonipat,

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sampling, sourcing, and production departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
Act as a bridge between the sales team and the production team.
Develop and maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines.
Monitor fabric and trim procurement in coordination with sourcing and purchase departments.
Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to avoid delays.
Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation (order sheets, costing, approvals, etc.)
Work closely with the QA team to ensure on-time inspection and shipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production environment
Previous experience in the apparel or merchandising industry is a plus
