Production Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management:

Handle buyer purchase orders from start to finish.

Review tech packs, BOMs, and order details thoroughly.

2. Production Planning & Coordination:

Work with the planning team to create realistic production timelines.

Coordinate with fabric and trim suppliers to ensure timely availability.

Ensure timely approvals for fabric, trims, samples, and fit.

3. Communication:

Serve as a point of contact between buyers and internal teams.

Share production updates with buyers and resolve any concerns.

4. Sample Development:

Follow up on proto, fit, PP (pre-production), and shipment samples.

Ensure timely submission and approvals from buyers.

5. Monitoring Production Progress:

Track production status against deadlines.

Coordinate with the QA team to ensure quality standards are met.

Address any production delays, shortages, or quality issues proactively.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain T&A (Time & Action) calendar.

Prepare production reports, status trackers, and shipping updates.

7. Logistics Coordination:

Ensure timely dispatch of goods.

Coordinate with logistics for shipping documentation and delivery timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
