Job Purpose:

To plan, organize, and oversee the entire garment production process to ensure that woven garments are manufactured efficiently, on time, within quality standards, and at optimal cost. Responsible for managing production teams, ensuring smooth workflow, and achieving production targets as per buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on order priorities.
• Supervise all production units, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing sections.
• Monitor production flow, manpower allocation, and line efficiency to meet targets.
• Ensure fabric, trims, and accessories are available before production starts.
• Coordinate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and quality departments for timely order completion.
• Implement production control systems and monitor output to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Review production reports, WIP (Work In Progress), and address bottlenecks immediately.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and cost control.
• Monitor and improve line balancing, skill training, and worker performance.
• Conduct daily production meetings to track progress and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, social, and quality standards.
• Train and develop production supervisors and line leaders to improve team capability.
• Report production performance and challenges to top management regularly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology / Garment Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering.
• 10 to 20 years of experience in production management in woven garment factories.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, production planning, and factory operations.
• Experience in handling buyer orders, meeting shipment deadlines, and maintaining quality.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
