Position: Production Workshop Supervisor – Apparel Manufacturing Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Production Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our garment manufacturing facility. The role involves managing sewing lines, coordinating workflow efficiency, and ensuring high-quality apparel output. Key Responsibilities: Supervise sewing lines, operators, and line leaders. Monitor quality control checkpoints and ensure defect-free output. Organize workflow and production targets to improve efficiency. Train machinists on operational standards and best practices. Coordinate with the technical office to ensure adherence to designs and specifications. Candidate Profile: Final-year student or graduate in Textile Engineering / Garment Manufacturing (SVPITM or equivalent). Hands-on experience in apparel production. Strong knowledge of industrial sewing techniques and line balancing. Effective leadership and communication skills. Contract Type: 2-year renewable expatriation contract (based in Diego Suarez, Madagascar) Salary: USD 1,000/month Benefits: International round-trip airfare covered.
