Injection Molding Production Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Head/Manager to oversee our Toys Injection moulding and plastic manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding and a proven track record of leading successful manufacturing teams. The Production Head/Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Injection moulding, quality control and workforce management. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and meet quality standards Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant, including production scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards Lead and motivate the production team to achieve optimal performance Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the plant Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance to senior management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Plastic Engineering or any degree with related experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the Plastic industry for senior position.
