Production Manager

We are looking for a production manager to handle production & dispatch teams for our e-commerce business. Responsibilities: Processing orders & ensuring timely dispatches. Coordinating with courier partners to ensure seamless delivery experience. Managing the packaging team to improve packaging process in different aspects like Inventory management : including ready stock & raw material. Ensuring raw material is replenished in time for smooth production flow. Provide clear directions and guidance to the production teams to ensure timely production & dispatch of orders Qualifications: Graduate. Educational background in Fashion & Design will be preferred. Proven experience in managing backend operations, min 3 year experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. Ability to analyze data and identify improvement areas. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
