The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process and ensure it operates efficiently and meets quality standards. Daily tasks include managing production schedules, supervising team operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, optimizing workflows, and coordinating with various departments to meet production goals. The Production Manager will also identify areas for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in production planning, process optimization, and resource management Excellent team management, leadership, and communication skills Ability to analyze production metrics and implement data-driven improvements Proficiency in quality assurance practices and safety compliance standards Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities for addressing on-site challenges effectively Experience with production tools, machinery, and systems is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under deadlines
