Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Food Technology or a related discipline.
• 5–6 years of experience in Food manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall plant operations, including Production, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain functions.
• Drive project execution for the setup and commissioning of new manufacturing facilities (Brownfield project).
• Develop and implement production plans to achieve monthly and annual output targets efficiently.
• Monitor production performance, yields, wastage, and operating costs to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, EHS, GMP, and statutory regulations at the plant level.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure maximum uptime and equipment efficiency.
• Optimize resource utilization — manpower, machinery, and materials — across all production lines.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, in-process quality control, and safety standards on the shop floor.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, cost control measures, and process optimization projects.
• Prepare and present production reports and performance metrics to management regularly.
