Job Description

Production Manager

You'll be responsible for turning engineering plans into real, running packaging machines on time and to spec.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily production activities from
design, fabrication, assembly, trials to dispatch.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet delivery timelines.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and service teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records in the
ERP system
production logs, job cards, and inventory tracking.
Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the build process.
Supervise workshop operations and enforce safety and efficiency practices.
Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and continuously improve workflow.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years experience in
manufacturing or machine assembly
(preferably packaging / automation machinery).
Strong understanding of
mechanical drawings, machine fabrication, and assembly processes.
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
and production documentation.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Team leadership ability and a focus on results.
