Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new leads across food, beverage, and FMCG industries.
• Meet clients, understand their packaging requirements, and recommend suitable machines from our product range (VFFS, HFFS, Flow Wrap, PFS, etc.).
• Coordinate with the inside sales and production teams for quotations, order follow-ups, and dispatch planning.
• Maintain and update the CRM/ERP with client interactions, proposals, and order status.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, client demos, and industry events in the region.
• Train and mentor junior sales executives or coordinators assigned under the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in industrial / packaging machinery / automation sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of regional markets across Karnataka.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, capable of managing sales independently.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
