Urgent hiring for Production Manager Profile-Production Manager Experience - 2 to 7 Years (Electrical ,Electrical Panel Industry) Salary - Upto 50k Working Days- 6 days Work Location - Bhiwandi , Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities for electrical panel assembly Supervise shop floor activities, including fabrication, wiring, assembly, and testing of panels Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery as per project deadlines. Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently to optimize output and reduce downtime. Review and interpret electrical drawings, GA/SLD/BOQ, and customer specifications. Coordinate with the design and engineering team for drawing approvals and technical clarifications Ensure adherence to safety protocols and other shop floor best practices. Maintain quality standards during all production stages, ensuring panels pass pre-dispatch inspection. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and consumables. Prepare production reports and present performance data to senior Conduct training and skill development programs for production staff and technicians. Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering. Experience in electrical panel manufacturing, with years in managerial/supervisory role. Sound knowledge of electrical standards (IS, IEC), manufacturing processes, and panel testing procedures. Hands-on experience with wiring, busbar fabrication, andtroubleshooting electrical panels Familiarity with ERP systems and production documentation (Jobcards, QC reports, etc.). Desired Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
