Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Gandhidham. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all production activities, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing staff schedules, maintaining production records, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control
• Experience in managing production teams and coordinating with multiple departments
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of safety regulations and standards
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gandhidham
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the rice production industry is a plus
