Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager based in Bengaluru. The Production Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events, managing budgets, schedules, vendor relationships, and logistics. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, ensuring events meet quality standards, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event. The role also involves supervising staff and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Logistics Management and Scheduling abilities
• Staff Supervision and Compliance Management skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in event production or a similar role is highly desirable
