FnB Manager of the indoor food court having multiple cuisine including, but not limited to Continental, Chinese, Indian, Italian etc. Manager Shall oversee the daily operations, long-term planning, and strategic growth of the park. and shall ensure a seamless visitor experience, maintain high hygiene standards, and manage a dedicated team of staff. manager will also be responsible for financial management, marketing strategies, and overall operation success. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations, including food and beverage services, retail outlets, and activities. Ensure the outlet meets health, safety, and environmental standards. Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and overall kitchen cleanliness. Preparing Pricing, Offers, Packages as per Market Demand and Competition. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team of staff, Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellent customer service. Address staff performance and resolve conflicts when necessary. Customer Experience: Ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all visitors Handle customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction. Oversee guest services, crowd management, and security protocols. Financial Management: Prepare and oversee budgets, control expenditures, and maximize revenue. Analyze financial performance and create strategies to boost profitability. Negotiate prices with vendors and suppliers. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and seasonal events Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the amusement, hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven track record of managing budgets and driving profitability. Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance procedures Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
