Food Court Manager

FnB Manager of the indoor food court having multiple cuisine including, but not limited to Continental, Chinese, Indian, Italian etc. Manager​ Shall oversee the daily operations, long-term planning, and strategic growth of the park. and shall ensure a seamless visitor experience, maintain high hygiene standards, and manage a dedicated team of staff. manager will also be responsible for financial management, marketing strategies, and overall operation success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:
• Manage daily operations, including food and beverage services, retail outlets, and activities.
• Ensure the outlet meets health, safety, and environmental standards.​
• Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Preparing Pricing, Offers, Packages as per Market Demand and Competition.
• Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team of staff,
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellent customer service.
• Address staff performance and resolve conflicts when necessary.
• Customer Experience:
• Ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all visitors
• Handle customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Oversee guest services, crowd management, and security protocols.
• Financial Management:
• Prepare and oversee budgets, control expenditures, and maximize revenue.
• Analyze financial performance and create strategies to boost profitability.
• Negotiate prices with vendors and suppliers.
• Marketing and Promotions:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and seasonal events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the amusement, hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and driving profitability.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance procedures
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
