Strong Beverage’s acumen is essential. Working with professional division of Starts up companies will be an advantage. Responsibilities:  Achieve sales and profit targets in the region by implementing defined strategies and campaigns.  Month wise business forecasting & aligning with the Annual Operating Plan with all team members.  Build and nurture customer/client relationships to maximize business opportunities.  Execute action plans to enhance business productivity.  Develop annual and monthly sales plans for both existing and new products.  Manage channels and ensure adherence to market policies and scheme implementation.  Research and identify potential customers and market opportunities.  Plan sales promotion activities in coordination with the Marketing team.  Collaborate with corporate office for smooth sales plan execution.  Coordinate with Brand Managers for marketing initiatives and sales development.  Provide training and coaching to the sales team.  Demonstrate strong business acumen.
