We are looking for a seasoned Production Head to lead and oversee our end-to-end printing operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in offset printing, prepress, post press, packaging/box making, ensuring seamless workflow, quality standards, and timely delivery.

·        Lead and manage the complete production process – prepress, printing, finishing, and packaging.

·        Ensure adherence to quality standards in colour management, print accuracy, and finishing.

·        Oversee day-to-day production schedules, workflow planning, and resource allocation.

·        Optimize production efficiency, minimize wastage, and ensure cost-effective operations.

·        Manage vendor relationships for raw materials, inks, plates, and consumables.

·        Implement and monitor safety, compliance, and maintenance protocols.

·        Train, guide, and mentor production staff to maintain high standards of output.

·        Collaborate with design, sales, and client service teams to meet customer requirements.

·        Drive innovation in printing techniques, packaging solutions, and finishing methods.

·        15–30 years of proven experience in printing production management.

·        Strong technical knowledge in offset printing, prepress, finishing, and packaging/box making.

·        In-depth expertise in colour management and quality control.

·        Leadership experience in handling large teams and multiple projects.

·        Strong problem-solving skills, eye for detail, and ability to deliver under deadlines.

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills.
