Job Description: Production Manager Job Title: Production Manager Location: Kanwara Road, Faridabad, Haryana Industry: Rubber Manufacturing Salary: ₹75,000 to ₹89,000 per month Experience: 10+ years in the rubber industry About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the rubber industry and a proven track record of managing production teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring product quality. This role requires a strong leader who can drive efficiency, maintain high safety standards, and contribute to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans to meet company targets, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of orders. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production staff. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs. Quality Control: Oversee all stages of production to ensure products meet stringent quality standards and specifications. Technical Expertise: Utilize deep technical knowledge of rubber compounds, mixing processes, molding techniques, and machinery to troubleshoot issues and improve product performance. Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition. Reporting: Prepare detailed production reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting them to senior management. Safety: Enforce strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications and SkillsExperience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role within the rubber manufacturing industry. Technical Knowledge: Mandatory and in-depth technical knowledge of rubber processing, machinery, and quality control standards. Education: A Diploma, B.Tech, or B.Sc. in a relevant field such as Polymer Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a large team effectively. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hindi and English. Location: Residing in or willing to relocate to the Faridabad area, with familiarity with the Kanwara Road industrial belt.
