Production Manager

• Oversee entire production lifecycle: cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch
• Coordinate with in-house teams, tailors, karigars, and vendors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Ensure smooth vendor management and quality control across all product lines
• Track production schedules and budgets
• Innovate production workflows for efficiency and scale
  

• 3+ years' experience in apparel production or manufacturing management
• Degree in

  Textile/Fashion Technology, Industrial Engineering

  , or any equivalent field
• Strong understanding of Indian textiles, handlooms, and fashion production cycles
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of costing, sourcing, and quality assurance
• Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate
