We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage end-to-end apparel production Key Responsibilities: Oversee entire production lifecycle: cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch Coordinate with in-house teams, tailors, karigars, and vendors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met Ensure smooth vendor management and quality control across all product lines Track production schedules and budgets Innovate production workflows for efficiency and scale Requirements: 3+ years' experience in apparel production or manufacturing management Degree in Textile/Fashion Technology, Industrial Engineering , or any equivalent field Strong understanding of Indian textiles, handlooms, and fashion production cycles Leadership and team management skills Knowledge of costing, sourcing, and quality assurance Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate
