Production Manager (Modular Furniture)

Role Description

Lead and mentor production teams (supervisors, operators, carpenters).

Plan & monitor production schedules to meet deadlines.

Ensure quality, safety & compliance across operations.

Optimize resources (manpower, machinery, materials).

Collaborate with sales, design, procurement & logistics teams.

Drive continuous improvement & implement lean practices.

Oversee inventory, budgeting & vendor coordination.

Qualifications

2+ years in production management (furniture/related industry preferred)

Strong leadership & process optimization skills

Degree in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing / Business Management

Knowledge of modular furniture production & ERP systems
