Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. Your responsibility will involve utilizing various platforms like job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates. Building and nurturing a network of qualified individuals through proactive engagement will be essential. You will be tasked with reviewing resumes and applications to ensure alignment with the job requirements. Conducting initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates" suitability for specific roles will be part of your routine. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, collecting feedback from interviewers, and facilitating post-interview discussions will also be within your scope. Negotiating terms and extending job offers to selected candidates will be crucial aspects of your role. It will be essential to maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with both employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Staying updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices will also be expected. This is a Freelance position with a Day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of recruiting experience. The work location for this role is Remote.,
