Role Overview

Production Manager / Senior Brewer

Key Responsibilities

Execute
production planning
in line with sales forecasts and business requirements
Lead and manage a team of
Assistant Brewers
across:
Brewing
Filtration
Transfers
Bottling / packaging
Ensure adherence to
SOPs, quality standards, and hygiene practices
Monitor and optimize
brew house and cellar operations
Manage
Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) inventory
, including:
Stock planning
Consumption tracking
Coordination with procurement
Oversee
fermentation management
, filtration schedules, and packaging timelines
Coordinate with
Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams
for smooth operations
Maintain accurate
production records and reports
Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, yield, and consistency

Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree/Diploma in
Brewing Technology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field
3-5 years
of hands-on experience in a brewery or beverage production environment
Strong understanding of:
Wort production and fermentation
Filtration and clarification
Bottling / packaging operations
Proven experience in
team management and shift planning
Good knowledge of
inventory management (RM & PM)
Familiarity with
food safety, quality systems, and brewery compliance

Preferred Skills

Strong leadership and people-management skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, production-driven environment
Practical, problem-solving mindset
Good communication and coordination skills
