Brewery & Packaging Maintenance Technician

Role Description:

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain brewery and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic issues.
• Perform emergency repairs and routine preventive maintenance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and rebuild components when needed.
• Interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Use tools and instruments for accurate repairs.
• Adjust maintenance schedules based on operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  

Qualifications:

• Skilled in maintenance, repair, and preventive/electrical maintenance.
• Able to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Brewing industry experience preferred.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beverage industry.
