As a crucial member of our brewery, the Maintenance Engineer will ensure the seamless operation of our brewing and packaging equipment. Responsibilities encompass performing daily maintenance tasks, conducting repairs and troubleshooting, executing preventive maintenance, and meticulously maintaining records of maintenance activities. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Install, inspect, and maintain brewery and packaging equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic issues. Perform emergency repairs and routine preventive maintenance. Manage spare parts inventory and rebuild components when needed. Interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks. Use tools and instruments for accurate repairs. Adjust maintenance schedules based on operational needs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean workspace. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: Skilled in maintenance, repair, and preventive/electrical maintenance. Able to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Brewing industry experience preferred. Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
