Internship Trainee

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in the brewing process, from raw material handling to packaging, while working closely with our brewers. If you are eager to learn the craft of brewing and gain real-world experience in a production brewery, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Assist brewers in daily brewing operations, including mashing, lautering, boiling, and fermentation.2 - Support cellar work such as dry hopping, transferring, and carbonation.3 - Help with quality checks, gravity readings, and record keeping.4 - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the brewhouse, cellar, and packaging areas.5 - Participate in packaging activities (bottling, kegging, canning).8 - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.7 - Assist with inventory management of raw materials and consumables.

What We’re Looking For:

1 - Passion for craft beer and eagerness to learn the brewing process.2 - Educational background in food technology, microbiology, chemistry, or related field.3 - Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a hands-on production environment.4 - Good communication and teamwork skills.5 - Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in a brewery environment (heat, cold, wet floors).
