Internship – Accounting Intern Location: Krishna Nagar Duration: 3–6 months Department: Finance & Accounting Reporting To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager Job SummaryThe Accounting Intern will assist the finance team with daily accounting operations, financial record keeping, and reporting. This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields who wish to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining financial records and supporting documentation. Help prepare journal entries, invoices, and expense reports. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis. Assist with data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP). Help prepare financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
