We’re building a digital-first platform to connect buyers and sellers in this sector through listings, leads, tenders, and verified business opportunities. About the Role We are not just hiring a sales leader, we are looking for a Founding member with an entrepreneurial mindset. As our Founding Member – Business Development & Sales Head , you’ll play a core role in taking GreenioMart from 0 to 1, driving partnerships, revenue, and market presence. This is a high-impact, equity-backed role for someone who wants to build, hustle, and grow with us. Key Responsibilities ✔️Build and lead outbound sales strategy from scratch. ✔️Drive partnerships, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the green energy sector. ✔️Execute hands-on sales activities: prospecting, cold outreach, pipeline creation, and closures. ✔️Collaborate with founders to define growth roadmap and revenue strategies. ✔️Represent GreenioMart in industry events, networking forums, and client meetings. What We’re Looking For ✅ 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech Marketplace / Startup Sales./ Freshers Also Welcome with Confidence and Really want to do create awasome. ✅ Strong track record of driving growth & revenue impact (preferably in energy, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors). ✅ Experience in building sales functions and outbound GTM strategies (0-1). ✅ Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. ✅ MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales/Business (Top institutes preferred but not mandatory). & Passionate Freshers Also welcome if have vision really create something exciting. ✅ Hustler mindset – someone who is hungry to grow and build from scratch.
