The Production Manager will lead and manage the entire furniture manufacturing process at KOFS. The role involves production planning, resource management, quality control, and team supervision to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations for modular furniture.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution.
Ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Monitor material flow, machine utilization, and manpower deployment.
Implement process improvements for efficiency and waste reduction.
Maintain production reports, schedules, and progress updates.
Conduct inspections to ensure high product quality and finish.
Supervise and train production staff for optimal performance.
Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Furniture Technology.
5–10 years of experience in modular or office furniture manufacturing.
Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
