Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations at our modular furniture manufacturing facility. The role involves planning, supervising, and ensuring high-quality output in the production of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized furniture.   The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in production planning, team leadership, material management, and process optimization, with a strong understanding of interior design products and components.   Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with project deadlines and delivery commitments. Team Supervision:  Manage carpenters, fabricators, machine operators, and other production staff on the shop floor to ensure productivity and discipline Material & Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials like plywood, laminates, glass, hardware, and fittings. Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality checkpoints at each production stage to meet design and finish standards Identify process to implement improvements to increase output, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain production records, staff performance, material usage, and weekly progress reports for management review.   Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in interior manufacturing or modular furniture production. Product Expertise: Modular kitchens, wardrobes, beds, storage units, and customized interiors. Technical Skills: Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of materials, fittings, hardware, and modular construction techniques Machinery Skills: Hands-on familiarity with CNC machines, edge banding, post-forming, and panel cutting machinery Cutting List Preparation: Capable of preparing detailed cutting lists based on design drawings and material optimization. Ability to interpret technical/design drawings and AutoCAD layouts. Excellent team management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, production tracking software, and basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. Experience working in medium to large-scale modular or customized furniture units. Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), production tracking software/tools. Leadership & Communication: Strong team management, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Industry Experience: Prior experience working in medium to large-scale modular or customized furniture production units.
