About The Role

To lead and manage the RTPF (Return Tube Plate Fin) heat exchanger manufacturing shop, ensuring safe operations, high-quality output, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement through robust process control and team leadership.

Role Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production of RTPF heat exchangers as per demand plan.
• Ensure achievement of production targets with optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Coordinate with PPC, supply chain, and maintenance teams to avoid production bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to approved process parameters, SOPs, and control plans.
• Ensure compliance to product quality standards, drawings, and customer specifications
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS standards and promote a zero-accident culture.
• Drive performance through goal setting, reviews, skill development, and training
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities.
  

Minimum Requirements

• Education: BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• Experience: 10–15 years in heat exchanger / coil manufacturing,
• Technical Skills: RTPF heat exchanger processes, manufacturing drawings, quality tools, Lean/TPM
• Behavioral Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, data-driven decision making, communication
