Qualifications

Proven experience (5+ years) in
apparel production management, textile sourcing, or garment manufacturing

Strong knowledge of tailor sourcing,
fabric vendors, sourcing networks, and cost negotiation
.
Hands-on experience in
hiring, training, and managing tailors, micro-units, and freelance workers
.
Deep understanding of
quality control processes and garment finishing standards
.
Ability to optimize costs without compromising on speed or quality.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage a distributed workforce.
Experience in fast-paced production environments, with a focus on scaling output sustainably.
