Chief Operating Officer (COO) with Investment

Styched, India’s fastest-growing fashion-tech brand built on a patented production-on-demand model (zero inventory, zero waste), is looking for a visionary COO to join our leadership team. Opportunity to be elevated as co-founder after 2 years.

This is a high-impact role for someone ready to lead end-to-end operations, scale apparel & footwear production, and help us shape the future of sustainable fashion.

What You’ll Do

Head complete operations across production, supply chain, quality, and fulfillment.

Scale up apparel and shoes manufacturing across a distributed gig-tailer network.

Build systems and teams to ensure fast, efficient, and scalable production.

Work directly with the founders to strategise, execute, and scale operations nationally and globally.

What We’re Offering

Investment: ₹50 Lakhs against 5% ESOPs, convertible in 2 years.

Salary: ₹1 Lakh/month till next fundraising round.

Who You Are

Proven track record in operations leadership, preferably in apparel/footwear manufacturing or D2C brands.

Strong understanding of production scaling, supply chain, and quality control.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a growth mindset.

Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and building from the ground up.
