Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Monitor production KPIs such as output, efficiency, wastage, and quality.
Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and procurement teams to meet delivery deadlines.
Solve production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Train and supervise line supervisors and production staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in production planning tools and MS Office.
