Job Description

Candidates only from Bhiwandi , Thane , Kalyan & nearby Bhiwandi area should Apply Inspect raw materials (fabrics, trims) before production begins. Conduct in-line and end-line inspections during various stages of garment production. Identify quality issues and work with production teams to resolve them in a timely manner. Maintain records of inspections and test results. Ensure that the products meet quality standards such as AQL, customer specifications, and company guidelines. Conduct pre-final and final inspections before shipment. Work with the QA/QC team to develop and implement quality assurance procedures. Provide training to production staff on quality standards and best practices. Report quality issues and suggest corrective/preventive actions. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree 2-4 years of experience in garment quality control/assurance. Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards (AQL, 4-point system, etc.). Good analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
