• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO for a week) or Remote

About the Role:

• A QA Technical Manager with expertise in Automation testing, Playwright, and Appium brings advanced knowledge of testing practices to lead quality assurance efforts.
• To design and implement robust test automation frameworks, ensuring efficient and reliable testing across web and mobile applications.
• Comes with a deep understanding of industry standards and methodologies, to manage QA teams to deliver high-quality software products by aligning testing strategies with business goals.
• The QA Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable technology solutions, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery, and driving excellence in product quality and customer outcomes.

Required Skills:

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, providing coaching, feedback, and career development.

• Technical Direction:

  Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Technical Skills:

  QA Automation using Playwright, Selenium, Appium

• Delivery & Execution:

  Drive the team to deliver high-quality software on schedule, balancing business needs with technical excellence.

• Process Improvement:

  Establish and improve engineering processes, best practices, and tools for efficient development and delivery.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with Product, Design, and other teams to define priorities, scope, and timelines.

• Recruitment & Hiring:

  Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire top engineering talent and build a diverse, inclusive team.

• Performance Management:

  Set clear goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within the team.
