Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Production Manager will oversee the production process, manage the production team, ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate with other departments to achieve production goals. The role involves planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, ensuring health and safety regulations are met, and regularly reviewing production performance to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience in production management, planning, and scheduling Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards Strong leadership skills and team management experience Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Solid communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with production management software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Experience in the security technology industry is a plus
