Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance overall customer experience. Daily tasks include answering customer calls, handling complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

Qualifications

• Customer Relations & Support Services, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficiency in Internet , Emails , WhatsApp, Telecommunications
• Willingness to learn adapt to Web based CRM tools
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
