Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize productivity. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations. Maintain proper documentation, including production reports, downtime logs, and quality checklists. Oversee machine performance, coordinate preventive maintenance, and minimize breakdowns. Ensure proper training and development of the production staff and manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and production consumables. Participate in audits (internal and external) and implement corrective and preventive actions. Job Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in production management or a related field. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards. Educational qualificationsAny Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
