We are seeking a skilled and proactive Merchandiser with specialization in Shirts to join our factory team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing shirt orders, coordinating with production teams, and handling day-to-day merchandising tasks in a garment manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of shirt orders – from development to final shipment. Coordinate with buyers, production, and sampling teams to ensure timely delivery. Understand technical aspects of shirt construction, fabrics, trims, and fit. Maintain production timelines, track WIP (Work in Progress), and update all stakeholders. Follow up on fabric/trims procurement and ensure on-time availability. Monitor quality standards and communicate buyer requirements effectively. Prepare and maintain TNA (Time & Action) calendar. Handle buyer communications and approvals (samples, trims, fit comments). Troubleshoot production issues and offer real-time solutions. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in garment merchandising. Specialization in shirts is mandatory (casual/formal/shirt-heavy brands preferred). Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management. Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
