Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operate production machines and equipment as per work instructions and safety guidelines.
Support in assembly, testing and inspection of components/products.
Monitor production parameters and record daily production data.
Conduct routine checks to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalate if required.
Maintain 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) on the shop floor.
Follow SOPs, work instructions, and company quality systems (ISO/TS standards).
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store teams for smooth operations.
Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, Lean, Quality Circle).
Ensure safe working practices and compliance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Having good academic records and 2024 and 2025 passout candidates
