- Ensure the plant is run smooth, safe and efficiently - Production Planning - Production Control - Implementation of QA, QC - Audit Recommendations - Job allocation and ensure productivity from all employees - Continuous improvement and optimisation of processes - Ensure Policies and procedures are followed - Follow the norms and regulations of "New Normal" - Oversee procurement - Ensure Machinery and equipment is maintained appropriately - Ensure statutory requirements are met - Effective team handling Requirements : - Minimum 5 years experience in Production Department in Food Industry - Bachelor's Degree - Not above 40 years of age
